In order to improve customer support, the Age of Empires franchise is shifting to a new ticketing system! This will allow me to resolve your issues more quickly; and better keep track of ongoing concerns as they arise. Simply click " Support Ticket " on the left navigation bar to get started! If you're looking to make changes to your ESO account, please continue utilize the ESO account tool on the right. Although you may still see references to Age3support@microsoft.com on the game and site, this ticket system will be replacing email support for account assistance, installation help, or abuse reports. All support emails and forum issues should be directed to MGS, as well as ESO maintenance and any other issues related to Age of Empires III. Robot Entertainment will be assisting Microsoft during the transition period, but will not remain active on the forums as an official support presence. You can download it by selecting your game on the left, then Downloads and then Game Updates. 6/8/10 ESO Maintenance 3/23/2010 ESO and all Age of Empires III online services are operational at this time. ESO is currently down for extended maintenance. We do not have a timeframe for when all services will be back up and running. We apologize for any inconvenience. Keep checking this page for any updates. 3/23/10 ESO Downtime 11/7/2009 The company that hosts the servers for ESO and related environments will be moving our servers to a new location on Saturday, November 7th. The servers will be down from 12:00am to 8:00am CST (GMT -5) that morning. We will keep you updated as to the progress of the server move. Age of Empires III and Age of Mythology will be affected. 10/29/09 ESO Downtime 8/25/2009 Routine maintenance will be taking place on the servers that host ESO Tuesday, 8/25/2009.
